It is a nice Elliptical trainer body rider. It took me about two hours to put it together. The instruction could be a little clearer.
Once you got the hang of it, it get to be easy. I tried it right after I put it together, and I like it a lot.

Directions were not very clear and some pre assembled pieces were too tight and required me to have to take them to someone to use tools to get them apart. Overall pretty decent for the cost.

It's been okay so far. It's made for short people like me. The meter that counts your calories works funny. Good simple elliptical.this one makes me sweat and it will be great for cardio and leg toning.
